YOUNGSTOWN

Jill Baker led Canfield with 18 points and Alexandra Stanic added 11 in the Cardinals’ rout of East. Jaudey Bowers scored 20 points and Enayia Brown had 11 for the Panthers.

Liberty 75, Campbell 35

LIBERTY

Amy Mikulich scored 26 points for Liberty and also led with 15 rebounds and four assists. Brayleonna Woods added 18 points, including two 3-pointers.

Lakeview 69, Edgewood 35

ASHTABULA TOWNSHIP

Annie Pavlansky led all scorers with 23 points while Jensen Silbaugh added 17 in a Lakeview (18-1, 10-0 All-American White) romp over Edgeweood. Amanda Amsbell led the Warriors with 17 points.

Poland 94, Jefferson 57

POLAND

Bella Gajdos had 21 points and Maggie Sebest scored 20 to lead the Bulldogs (15-2, 10-1 All-American White) to a blowout win over Jefferson. Emily Melnek and Sarah Bury also had 11 points each. Maddie Bean and Emily Smock had 14 points each for the Falcons while Maddy Hitchcock and Hannah Root had 12 and 11 points, respectively.

Newton Falls 39, Champion 33

NEWTON FALLS

The Tigers (17-1, 11-0 All-American Blue) wrapped up their second consecutive AAC Blue title with a home win over Champion (12-7). Kayla Barreca led Newton Falls with 14 points while Izzy Kline added 11 points and eight rebounds. Abby White led Champion, who hit eight 3-pointers and two 2-pointers, with 14 points in defeat.

Girard 46, LaBrae 45

LEAVITTSBURG

Girard (10-7, 7-3 All-American Blue) was led by Makayla Trebella’s 22 points, which included four 3-pointers while Camille Stoffick added 12 points. Lauren Ritterford, Morgan Meyer and Haley Davies each scored in double figures with 15, 10 and 10 points respectively for LaBrae (8-9, 4-6 All-American Blue).

Niles 53, Hubbard 31

HUBBARD

Sierra Werden led Niles with 14 points while Sara Marz contributed 11 points in a win over the Eagles. Logan Nitsche led Hubbad with 13 points while Athena Smith added 10 points.

Ursuline 55, Kent Roosevelt 39

KENT

The Fighting Irish improved to 6-11 behind 17 points from Dayshanette Harris, 13 points from Simone Comer and 11 points from Makayla Berry. Fisher led the Rough Riders with 16 points in the home loss.

BOYS BASKETBALL

United 63, Beaver 58

HANOVERTON

Kaden Smith and Jake Clark scored 23 and 22 points respectively as the Golden Eagles were triumphant over Beaver. Nathan Kline was the main scorer for the visitors with 25 points.
