Diocesan Mass of thanksgiving is Friday at St. Vincent de Paul downtown dining hall

YOUNGSTOWN — A Mass of thanksgiving is planned at 8:30 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent de Paul dining hall, 208 W. Front St.

Concelebrants will be the Rev. Edward P. Noga, pastor of St. Patrick Church, and the Rev. David Bergner, vicar of social concerns in the Diocese of Youngstown.
