Authorities ID 2 men killed in Cleveland apartment building shooting
CLEVELAND (AP) — Two men shot to death in a northeastern Ohio apartment complex last week have been identified.
Cleveland.com reports that the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office identified 27-year-old Brandon James and 35-year-old Rasheed Bandy as the two men who were gunned down in downtown Cleveland on Thursday night around 8:30 p.m.
Police say James was found dead in a hallway of the apartment building. Police say the Cleveland man was shot in the back.
Bandy was shot in the head. He later died at an area hospital.
Police say James, Bandy and three other men were inside an apartment when two other men entered and opened fire.
A motive for the shooting has not been released. No suspects have been identified and no arrests have been made.
