Theft: A Struthers Road man noticed an $875 power saw had been stolen.

Theft: A West Calla Road man discovered a circular saw and several other tools missing while in the 5200 block of Struthers Road.

Jan. 8

Arrest: Police in the 3600 block of Center Road arrested 32-year-old Michael A. Riser of Mount Clemens, Mich., on a misdemeanor charge of receiving stolen property after a Katahdin Drive woman had reported her $700 smartphone stolen.
