Girard looking for bank robbery suspect

GIRARD — A man in his mid-30s robbed the Citizens Bank, 35 S. State Street, at 5:55 p.m. today, just before closing time.

He demanded cash from the registers, then left the building, but a dye pack was activated on the stolen cash. Surveillance cameras were able to capture the suspect on video.

He is white with unkempt short facial hair, slim build and was about 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall.

Police ask that if anyone recognizes the suspect to call 330-545-0211.
