Dan Auble scored 17 points and Dan Shurilla tacked on 11 points for Broadview Heights. Cardinal Mooney’s Trell Thomas scored a game-high 26 points, while Andrew Armstrong and Nick Koken each contributed 11 points.

Niles 65, Hubbard 39

HUBBARD

Cameron Kane-Johnson broke the Niles all-time scoring record, putting up an impressive 28 points against the Eagles, scoring four shots from behind the arc and shooting 8-for-9 from the line. Rich Limongi contributed 11 points for the Red Dragons. Ryan Love led the Eagles with nine points.

Newton Falls 63, Campbell 37

Jaden Walton scored 20 points to lead the Tigers (11-3, 6-2 All-American Conference Blue). Ben Simpson chipped in 18 points and Noah Suarez scored 15. For the Red Devils, Ray Rue led with 12 points.

Darrian Tigget led Girard with 14 points and Anthony Graziano tacked on 12. Brian Hiner led Brookfield with 19 points and Marc Kraml scored 15 points including two 3-pointers.

For Warren JFK, Austin Bufenkamp led with 16 total points. For Liberty, Daniel Banks scored 16 points and Andre Bowers 15. .

Springfield scored 10 points in overtime to win. Graham Mincher led Springfield with 45 points, and Jake Ford contributed 20. For Mineral Ridge, Zane Rummell scored 25 points and Albert Alli contributed 15.

Austin Rutecki and Avery Andric each scored 16 points for the Blue Devils (13-1). Andric also made three steals. Josh Liberati contributed 12 points, six assists and four blocks while Josh Craig had 11 rebounds. For the Eagles (5-9), Kaden Smith led with 12 points.

Salem’s Trey Toothman scored a game-high 27 points and broke the school-record for 3-pointers in a game by making nine. The previous record of eight was held by guard DJ Pullie and Tommy Jesko (2006). Jon Gerace notched 16 points for the Quakers, while Dominic Posey paced East Palestine with 13 points.

Crestview 50, Heartland Christian 49

COLUMBIANA

Aaron Muntean and Eli McCallum each scored 15 points for Crestview as the Rebels hung on for a victory. Heartland Christian was paced by Evan Davis’ game-high 20 points.

West Branch 56, Columbiana 45

COLUMBIANA

Mike Boosz led West Branch with 14 total points and four 3-pointers. The Rebels were led by Burdette Baker with 15 points and seven rebounds.

Bristol (12-1, 8-0 Northeast Athletic Conference) was led by Tommy Donadio with 20 points and Bryon Gabrielson with 12 points. Logan Popovich led Badger with 12 points and two 3-pointers.
