Columbiana County couple claim $1M Power Ball prize

21 WFMJ-TV, the Vindicator’s broadcast partner, reported Thursday that a Columbiana County couple, Steve Wilson and his wife, Nancy, of East Liverpool, have claimed a $1 million share of the Powerball jackpot.

Steve Wilson bought the ticket at Chaney’s Service Station in Chester, W.Va.

Lottery officials say three tickets sold in Ohio won $1 million apiece in Wednesday’s Powerball drawing.

The Ohio Lottery says the state’s million-dollar tickets were sold at a Speedway in Centerville, at Erieview Towers News in Cleveland, and at Broadway Food Center in Toledo.

Three tickets worth $1 million also were sold in Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania Lottery officials say the winning tickets were sold at Landhope Farms in Kennett Square, Turkey Hill in Lancaster, and Top Star Express in Lower Nazareth Township.
