Struthers man's aggravated menancing pretrial rset

STRUTHERS — The pretrial for a man charged with aggravated menacing has been reset to 1:15 p.m. March 8 in municipal court.

Police said Gust Mamounis, 38, of Struthers threatened a group of minors with a gun in June.

A visiting judge will hear the case. Struthers Judge James R. Lanzo has recused himself.

If the pretrial does not result in a settlement, a jury will hear the case.
