Campbell cops arrest four people Monday on drug-related charges

Officers arrested four people Monday on drug-related charges.
Police responded to call from a woman about 5:45 p.m. after she said a man wasn't leaving her 12th Street home when she asked him to. Police arrested the man Edgar Day, 65, of Youngstown after he said he had marijuana on his person, police said. Day, who is charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, had 69.4 grams of marijuana under his shirt, according to a police report.
In a separate incident, police stopped a car on 12th Street and Coitsville Road about 10:45 p.m. for a missing headlight, according to a police report.
Officers arrested the driver, Jason Geimer, 39, of New Castle, Pa. for driving under suspension and found a syringe and a spoon with suspected heroin residue on his person, the report states.
Police also reported that the passenger, Felicia Heath, 26, of New Castle, Pa. had a small amount of suspected marijuana and a pipe with suspected marijuana residue and that an officer found a syringe with suspected heroin residue and a glass pipe with suspected marijuana residue in the car.
Also on Monday, police stopped a car on Oxford Street that had been listed as unauthorized through Hubbard Township Police. An officer arrested the driver Stefanie Cook, 31, of Hubbard for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving under suspension. A passenger, Preston Kemble, 29, of Warren told police he had a hypodermic needle on his person, according to a report. The report states that an officer also found two suspected crack pipes and part of a burnt spoon on Kemble's person. Kemble is charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.
