Board rules O'Grady cannot be on March ballot for Trumbull sheriff

The Trumbull County Board of Elections has ruled that Joe O’Grady will not be allowed to appear on the March 15 Democratic Primary ballot for sheriff.

The elections board heard testimony from O’Grady, his campaign manager and an elections board official before deliberating in private and taking a 4-0 vote to uphold its earlier decision to keep him off the ballot.
