Valley vocalist Liz Majors will be joined by Youngstown’s Total Package Band this Friday for a show that will pay tribute to the late Natalie Cole. Howard Howell is also on the bill. Monteen’s is at 3807 Belmont Ave., Liberty. The show will begin at 9 p.m. Admission is $10.
