Boardman woman faces domestic-violence charge

BOARDMAN — A township woman faces a domestic-violence charge after she allegedly assaulted her boyfriend during a dispute regarding a pornographic magazine.

Tiffani Day, 43, of Erskine Avenue, is charged with misdemeanor domestic violence for the incident.

Police responded to the home Wednesday afternoon, where the alleged victim reported that Day struck and scratched him after he brought home a pornographic magazine. Officers reportedly observed scratch marks and blood on his face, and that clumps of his hair had been pulled out.

Day was taken to the Mahoning County jail.
