Boardman woman faces assault charges

BOARDMAN — A township woman faces assault charges after allegedly attacking her ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend at their Oregon Trail apartment Tuesday night.

Cheyenne Rowbotham, 19, of Melbourne Avenue, is charged with criminal damaging, aggravated trespass and two counts of misdemeanor assault.

One of the victims, Zachary Hanna, 21, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after police reportedly found drug-related items at his apartment after responding to the assault call.

Both are scheduled to appear in Mahoning County Area Court here Thursday.
