Hubbard police investigate after body found
HUBBARD — Police believe the body of a man found adjacent to a Save a Lot grocery store on West Liberty Street was a male in his 40s.
Police responded to a call from a passer-by about 12:30 p.m. Hubbard Detective Chris Moffitt said.
Agents with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrived on scene about 1:30 p.m., according to a BCI representative.
Moffitt said it is too soon to determine how long the body had been on the ground next to the business, but he noted the body was snow-covered when police arrived.
