Mason Mangapora scored 25 points as the Cardinals (8-2) overcame a 45-29 deficit in the fourth quarter. Sam DiGiacomo’s double-double had 13 points and 12 rebounds. Julian Zitto scored nine points and Brandon McFall as the Cards made all five of their 3-pointers in the final eight minutes to get the win. For the Blue Streaks (5-4), Jimmy Kirven scored 14 points while Jack Lostoski and Drew Myers each scored 11.

NEWTON FALLS
Jaden Walton led Newton Falls with an impressive 42 points, shooting for five shots behind the arc and going 7-for-7 from the line. Walton also contributed 11 rebounds and Noah Suarez had six assists.

The Irish were led by 32 points from Greg Parella, who scored his 1,000th career-point during the game. North East was led by Nathan Mayes, who scored 22 points.

Dominic Michael led Southern with 16 points while Jaret Dowling added 14 and Dakota Wetzel scored 13. Chase Wilcox scored a game-high 30 points for Beaver Local.

LAKE
Canfield outscored Lake 13-2 in the fourth quarter to notch a come-from-behind win. Brittany Coonce and Ashley Kaleel each scored 12 points for the Cardinals, while Jill Baker added 10 points. Lake was led by Brandie Snow’s 18 points.
Western Reserve 57, Windham 40
WINDHAM
Lauren Falasca scored a team-high 16 points for Western Reserve, while Maddie Kreitzburg added 14 and Sydney Miller had 10. The Blue Devils were keyed by a 17-3 second quarter. Alexis Knight paced Windham with 16 points.
Newton Falls 64, Cardinal Mooney 46
NEWTON FALLS
Gabby Kline scored 32 points and Izzy Kline added 14 points for Newton Falls, as the Tigers downed Mooney. The Cardinals were paced by Taylor Martin’s 11 points.
