Universities: Kent State at Trumbull, Eastern Gateway Community College, closed through Monday; Youngstown State, business offices closed today.

Western Reserve Transit Authority: Closed today.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Hubbard Public Library, Warren-Trumbull, Newton Falls Public Library, closed today; Girard Free Library, closed today and Saturday; Kinsman Free Public Library, Bristol Public Library – Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library – Niles, closed through Monday.
