Liberty Township to host info session on Senior Watch program

The township will host an open house about its senior watch program at 11 a.m. March 10 at the township administration building, 1315 Church Hill-Hubbard Road.
The event is open to all township residents older than 60.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the senior-watch program, in which 136 Liberty seniors currently are enrolled.
The event will include a presentation by Lisa Solley, spokeswoman for the Area Agency on Aging 11. Township police and fire officials will be in attendance to answer questions.
Trumbull County Mobile Meals also will provide information.
The senior-watch program provides services, including daily welfare checks over the phone, lock boxes, address markers, smoke detectors and carbon-monoxide detectors.
