SENIOR CITIZENS


Ajax Magnethermic Retirees will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Station Square, 4250 Belmont Ave. Guests are welcome.

Lowellville Senior Citizens will meet at noon Friday at Lowellville City Hall. Ernie Ciarniello will preside, and lunch will be provided by Phyllis Nolfi of Gianna’s Catering. For reservations, call Janet Davanzo at 330-793-3176. Annual dues of $5 are now being accepted, and new members are always welcome. Residency in Lowellville is not required for membership. Illness or death among members should be reported to Mary Mascarella, sunshine chairman, at 330-536-8748. A raffle and bingo will follow the business meeting.

Mahoning Retired Teachers Association will meet March 9 at Antone’s Banquet Center, 8578 Market St., Boardman. A social hour will begin at 11 a.m., and lunch will follow at 11:45. Susan Harris will preside, and Monica Craven, executive director of Habitat for Humanity, will be the guest speaker. Community service will be donations for Habitat for Humanity. Trumbull Memorial Hospital Retirees Club will have a luncheon meeting at 11:30 a.m. March 14 at Buena Vista Cafe in Warren. The program will be Vibra Hospital of the Mahoning Valley. All TMH retirees and former employees are welcome. For reservations and information call 330-847-7961.

Youngstown State University Freetimers will meet for a monthly breakfast at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Davidson’s in Cornersburg. All retirees are invited.
