Fitch scored 72 points to finish seventh and Boardman 45 to tie for 13th place. In the finals, Boardman’s Mario Graziani won a 4-3 decision over Fitch’s Adam Green at 160. In a third-place match for 132, Fitch’s Andrew Fairbanks lost a major decision to Maple Heights’ Andre Stowers. In the 195 bracket, Lake’s Grant Martin pinned Fitch’s Chris Droege in 41 seconds. In a fifth-place matchm Fitch’s Isaiah Jackson won a 10-4 major decision over Dover’s Jared Torch. At 182, Boardman’s Cannon Carlile pinned Mentor’s Dominic Shelley at 2:09.

GARFIELD HEIGHTS

Brookfield scored 29.5 points to finish 20th, Columbiana scored 29 to finish 21st and Jackson-Milton tied Kirtland at 25 with 23 points. South Range scored 16 to finish tied for 33rd. In a third-place match, Norwayne’s Gavin Stika defeated Jackson-Milton’s Terry Stockton, 6-3. At 145, South Range’s Anthony Renforth won an 11-5 decision against Cardinal’s Brandon Neikirk. At 220, Brookfield’s Zach Hackett defeated Rittman’s Dedric Isaac. In a fifth-place match at 195, Columbiana’s Caleb Rupert won a 6-0 decision over Black River’s Jacob Campbell. At 285, Columbiana’s Tim Davin lost a 7-5 decision to Tuslaw’s Brayden Phillips.
