Chilly Day Chili Cook-off set Saturday

Community Concerned Citizens will sponsor A Chilly Day Chili Cook-off at York Avenue Church of God, 872 York Ave. SW, from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Numerous kinds of chili will be available to taste, including beef, turkey, vegan, white beans and chicken, black beans and three beans sweet potato.

The meal will also be a choice of crackers, cornbread or cheese and sour cream.

The event will feature a basket raffle and games and prizes.

Tickets are $7 for adults and $3 for children under 10.
