Book discussion group will meet March 22

SALEM

Salem Public Library, 821 E. State St., will host a book discussion at 7 p.m. March 22 in the Quaker meeting room, and “Everything I Never Told You” by Celeste Ng will be the subject.

The book follows the Lees, a middle-class mixed-racial family in 1970s Ohio. The Lees’ son and daughter believe their popular sister Lydia is the favorite child.

When Lydia’s body is found in the local lake, the family must revisit painful memories that have contributed to their fragile state.

Guests are welcome, and the event is free. Books are available to borrow from the Adult Services Department. For information, visit or call the library at 330-332-0042.
