With 6.4 seconds remaining, Brookfield’s Tori Sheehan hit the go-ahead foul shots to upset No. 1 seed Garfield. Bailey Drapola and Autumn Kirila each scored 13 points while Sheehan and McKenzie Drapola each put up 10 points for the No. 3 seed Warriors (19-5, 9-4). Grayson Rose led Garfield (19-6) with 17 points. Brookfield will face No. 2 seed Newton Falls for a district title on Saturday at 1 p.m.

Austintown Fitch 64, Kent Roosevelt 43
AUSTINTOWN
The Falcons (17-6) established an 18-point lead at halftime and never let go. Four players had all but four of their points. Anthony Pangio led the Falcons with 19 points, Derek Gunter had 17 points, Dom DiFrancesco had 14 and Scott Duffy added 10 points. Dean Gray led Kent Roosevelt (8-16) with 14 points. Fitch will have a road contest against Louisville on Saturday at 7 p.m.
Warren Harding 91, Akron Springfield 47
WARREN
Gabe Simpson made five 3-pointers in a 23-point game. Shakem Johnson scored 20 points and Derek Culver added 15 more during a blowout win. Donnie Dawson and Jordan McClean scored 13 and 10 points, respectively, to lead Akron Springfield (4-19). Warren Harding will host East on Saturday at 7 p.m.
Boardman 61, Howland 48
BOARDMAN
Holden Lipke put up 19 points and John Ryan added 12 points as Boardman (8-13) stayed ahead of Howland. Luciano Romeo led the Tigers (7-13) with 15 points and Michael Massucci also finished in double figures with 11 points. Boardman will travel to Uniontown Lake on Saturday for a road contest.
