Latest report card data is good for Boardman, Poland but bad for Youngstown
YOUNGSTOWN
The latest data released this morning by the Ohio Department of Education regarding how schools and students perform shows results from one extreme to the other.
The data, the second of two parts for the 2014-15 school year, measures achievement, how well districts and schools are closing the achievement gap and whether students meet a year’s growth.
Boardman and Poland, for example, earns all “A’s” and “B’s” on the data released this morning.
Youngstown got all “D’s” and “F’s.”
