Ballet Western Reserve to offer ‘Building Art’

YOUNGSTOWN

Ballet Western Reserve company dancers will perform pieces inspired by the decades of the 20th century in a performance, “Building Art: Decades,” from 7 to 10 p.m. March 5 at BWR, 218 W. Boardman St.

There will be live music, a performance by the Purple Cat Players, complimentary beer, wine and appetizers, and local arts and photography exhibits during the event.

Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for students. Call 330-744-1934 to purchase. Tickets will also be available at the door.

Money raised during the event will benefit BWR programs and the historic Oakland building, the home of the company.
