Youngstown Board of Control meets Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN

The city’s board of control will have a special meeting at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in the city council caucus room in city hall to award a contract for no more than $850,000 to Browning Ferris Industries Inc. The contract is for waste hauling at the city’s wastewater treatment plant.
