City woman 2nd to be charged in Ayers Street murder

YOUNGSTOWN — A second person has been charged with the murder of 20-year-old Jason Fonseca last week.

Angel Bell of Choice Court was arraigned today in municipal court on a charge of complicity to commit aggravated murder. Magistrate Anthony Sertick set her bond at $100,000.

Kimani Hodges, 20, was arraigned Friday on an aggravated murder charge for Fonseca's death. He is in the Mahoning County jail on $1 million bond.

Fonseca was shot and killed Feb. 17 in front of his home on Ayers Street.

Investigators said he and Hodges had a dispute over a woman they were both involved with.
