Window Depot owner speaks on his business philosophy

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR | Ed Kalaher, owner of Window Depot, was speaker at the January meeting of the Austintown Rotary Club. He discussed the importance of people, performance and price in the Canfield company that he owns with business partner Richard Begalla. Their triple pane windows have earned an Energy Star superior rating and are made locally in Lordstown. Kalaher, left, is shown with Rotary president Mal Culp following his speech. During the meeting, the Rotary discussed plans for its annual reverse raffle on March 5 at the Maronite Center that will include an open bar, dinner catered by Blue Wolf, entertainment, cash prizes and a basket auction for $150 per couple.
