Campbell police probe two burglaries
CAMPBELL
Police are investigating two reports of burglaries. A Cortland Avenue resident reported Monday that someone had taken about $200 worth of jewelry from her home. The woman said Feb. 14 was the last time she was at the home, police reported. There were no signs of forced entry, according to a police report.
Another resident reported Sunday that someone had taken about $1,000 of copper piping from his basement ceiling and walls. A police report notes a broken window at the Tremble Avenue home. The man told police he is in the process of moving.
