Scholarships offered

YOUNGSTOWN

Men’s Garden Club of Youngstown is offering scholarships to students planning to further their education in ornamental horticulture, landscape design or allied subjects. Full-time students enrolled in post-secondary programs also are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must live in or have attended high school in Mahoning, Stark, Portage or Trumbull County in Ohio or in Mercer or Lawrence County in Pennsylvania, but may attend any accredited college/university in the United States. The award will range from $500 to $1,500. The deadline to apply is March 1. Applications and information are available at mgcy.org.
