Miss Buchenic to be bride of Joel Kaufman

Joseph and Joann Buchenic of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Buchenic, and Joel Kaufman, both of Dublin, Ohio. The prospective groom is the son of Jane Kaufman of Ottoville, Ohio, and Todd Kaufman of Rockford, Ohio.

Invitations will be issued for a June 4 wedding and reception at WatersEdge in Hilliard, Ohio.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a doctorate in physical therapy from Ohio University in Athens. She is a physical therapist at Ohio Health Neighborhood Care in Westerville, Ohio.

Mr. Kaufman received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from OU, and is a mechanical engineer at DNV GL in Dublin.
