Man in custody after shooting in Brookfield

BROOKFIELD — Police have taken a man into custody after a domestic-related shooting in the 8000 block of Ulp Street this morning.

Police were called to the residence at 10:08 a.m. for a man who shot a woman. He was taken into custody a short time later and was taken to the Trumbull County jail.

Information on the condition of the woman was not immediately available.
