A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday indicted these people on these charges:

Charles Tensley, 44, West Dennick Avenue, trafficking in marijuana, being a felon in possession of a firearm and receiving stolen property.

Joseph M. Lusher, 35, Melrose Place, Boardman, possession of heroin, possessing drug-abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas Hauck, 40, Sandy Lane, North Jackson, two counts of OVI with forfeiture specifications.

Teonia Gowdy, 27, West Boston Avenue, carrying concealed weapons.

Antwan D. Irby, 40, Idora Avenue, possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shun Moreland, aka Sean Moreland, 43, Idora Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sedric Phillips, 30, Columbus, complicity to aggravated robbery and intimidation.

Evan Smith, 24, Kings Lane, Campbell, possession of heroin.

Amanda Bump, 33, Rolling Valley Lane, Butler, Pa., possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification.

Shanelle Clinkscale, 32, Monterey Avenue, obstructing justice.

Chad Marshall, 36, Cambridge Avenue, possession of cocaine and driving under suspension.

Andre Underwood, 31, Whitman Lane, being a felon in possession of a firearm and receiving stolen property.

Trey Blackmon, 22, Arlene Drive, Boardman, receiving stolen property, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and two counts of endangering children.

Zachary J. Markovich, 22, East Western Reserve Road, Poland, receiving stolen property.

Edward M. Morris Jr., 18, Marmion Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and obstructing justice.

Nicole Harris, 32, homeless, failure to notify a change of address.

Alden G. Young, 23, Idlewood Avenue, rape and sexual battery.

Luis Enrique Perez, 60, Market Street, three counts of gross sexual imposition, rape and sexual battery.

Kevin Johnson, 29, Auburndale Avenue, escape.
