CANFIELD
Former boxing champ Kelly Pavlik’s preliminary hearing on a felonious assault charge was reset for March 1.
There was no reason listed for the rescheduling from Tuesday’s 4 p.m. hearing.
Pavlik, 33, of Sugarbush Drive, entered a not-guilty plea through his lawyer Jan. 29 in Mahoning County Area Court.
He is accused of shooting a man with a pellet gun at Pavlik’s home Aug. 9. The victim reported the incident in mid-October. Canfield officers charged Pavlik with felonious assault shortly after the victim’s report.
