2 enter guilty pleas in Struthers home invasion

YOUNGSTOWN — Two of three men indicted for a Struthers home invasion pleaded guilty today to charges of aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.

Prosecutors are recommending sentences of four years each for Evan Cleland, 26, of Artmar Drive, Austintown, and Michael Fitzpatrick, 25, of Melrose Place, Boardman. A third defendant, Devon Moreland, 26, of Southern Boulevard, is expected to plead guilty Monday.

A county grand jury indicted the three in May 2015 for breaking into a Harvey Street home and stealing drugs and electronic items from a couple inside.

Sentencings will be at a later date.
