Hubbard man cited for DUI, disorderly conduct

HUBBARD — Police cited a man for driving under the influence, disorderly conduct while intoxicated and failure to control his vehicle after he reportedly drove off the roadway early Monday morning.

According to a police report, Michael Biggs, 29, of Hubbard ran his car into a ditch after driving off the side of South Main Street. Biggs, who vomited several times during the booking process, had glassy eyes and could not stand on his own or speak intelligibly, police reported.
