Niles parking ban goes into effect at 11 tonight

NILES — Beginning at 11 tonight. the city is enacting its snow emergency parking ban. Residents are asked to clear the streets of any parked vehicles so that the street department can clear the roadways.

Violators are subject to citation and possible towing of their vehicles.
