Miss Jankowski, Mr. Ramunno plan Aug. 6 rite

Carmen and Angela Ramunno of Struthers are announcing the engagement and upcoming wedding of their son, Marco Anthony Ramunno of Struthers, and Anna Maria Jankowski of Pittsburgh.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Rick and Karen Jankowski and Dave and Piera McCutcheon, all of Pittsburgh.

The couple will wed in an open ceremony at 2 p.m. Aug. 6 at St. Paul’s Cathedral in Pittsburgh. Invitations will be extended for a reception to follow at the Magnolia Room in Creighton, Pa.

Miss Jankowski graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute Program of Nursing. She is a nurse at Eldercrest Health and Rehabilitation in Pittsburgh.

Her future husband earned a degree in criminal justice from Youngstown State University. He works in production at Magna Seating in Lordstown and is a member of United Auto Workers Local 1112.
