“The Walking Dead” (9 p.m., AMC): “The Walking Dead” returns to kick off the second half of Season 6. We pick up soon after November’s cliffhanger, which saw Alexandria go from a so-called “safe zone” to a zombie-infested hell hole.

“Vinyl” (9 p.m., HBO): You might want to give “Vinyl” a spin. Executive produced by Mick Jagger and Martin Scorsese, it’s a raucous new drama that whisks viewers back to the 1970s music scene where record-label president Richie Finestra (Bobby Cannavale) struggles to keep his company alive.

“The Tonight Show’s Valentine Anniversary Special” (9 p.m., NBC): “The Tonight Show’s Valentine Anniversary Special” has host Jimmy Fallon recalling some of the best moments from the first two years of his late-night chat fest. The special kicks off a week of shows from Los Angeles.

Show shines light on great women

STRUTHERS

The Struthers Historical Society will present “This Old Hat: An American Musical,” an inspirational one-woman show by singer-actor Patty Carver, that informs audiences about important women in American history. Artist to lecture

Visual artist John Pena will give a free lecture at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday at the McDonough Museum, 525 Wick Ave.
