Former NYPD commissioner will lecture at YSU

YOUNGSTOWN — Raymond Kelly, former commissioner of the New York Police Department and an expert on national security, will present Youngstown State University’s Skeggs Lecture at 7 p.m. April 5, in Stambaugh Auditorium.

The lecture is free, but tickets are required and are available at the Stambaugh box office starting Feb. 24. The box office is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays.
