Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Sharon, New Castle, Youngstown Diocese, closed Monday ; Salem, open.

Universities: Youngstown State, Kent State at Trumbull, open; Eastern Gateway Community College, closed.

Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): regular schedule.
