Youngstown police investigating two auto accidents

YOUNGSTOWN — Police were busy answering two accident calls late this afternoon on different sides of town.

About 3:30 p.m., a Jeep flipped over several times at Wirt Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, a spokesman for the department said. One person was injured in that crash.

Minutes later, there was a three-vehicle accident at Struthers-Liberty and McCartney roads on the East Side. The spokesman said he had not received word if there were any injuries in that crash.
