Youngstown police: Baby's death will be ruled accidental
YOUNGSTOWN — A police spokesman says the death of a 3-day-old baby in his South Side home early Sunday morning will be ruled accidental.
The spokesman said investigators have heard from the Mahoning County Coroner’s office on the death of Aiden Grim, who died about 5:45 a.m. in his home in the 3500 block of Valerie Drive. Police think a dog may have been responsible for the baby death’s because Aiden was placed in a laundry basket on the floor and appeared to have an injury that was caused by the dog.
A message has been left with the coroner’s office. The spokesman said Aiden’s death will be ruled accidental by the coroner’s office.
