Some Youngstown City Hall phones experiencing problems

YOUNGSTOWN — The phone system at city hall isn't functioning properly.

Some phones ring without being answered while in other cases, city hall employees can't hear callers after a few seconds. The problem is being addressed by the city information technology department. The problems have occurred on and off Monday and today.
