“HOMETOWN: THE COUNTER-TERROR DILEMMA” (P.M., HBO): In the documentary “Homegrown: The Counter-Terror Dilemma,” experts on the front lines of America’s counterterrorism efforts discuss the challenges in predicting and preventing homegrown attacks.

“Full Frontal With Samantha Bee” (10:30 P.M., TBS): The former “Daily Show” correspondent busts up TV’s late-night boys club with a weekly satirical show of her own.

Buddy Rich band coming to Powers

BOARDMAN

Buddy Rich Big Band will come to Powers Auditorium on March 19 for a 7 p.m. concert, sponsored by the Boardman High School jazz program and Hubbard Music, along with the support of Compco Industries. This band features drummer Gregg Potter and Cathy Rich, Buddy Rich’s daughter, hosting the evening and singing. Cathy Rich will share tales about growing up with a music-legend father. BHS Jazz Ensemble 1 will play an opening set. Tickets are $20 at the Powers box office, or by phone at 330-744-0264.

Crown Theater presents ‘Footloose’

Crown Theater Productions will present the musical “Footloose” at 8 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Feb. 19 and 20, and at 2 p.m. Sunday and Feb. 21, at Main Street Theater, 5 N. Dublin Grange offers ‘Love Letters’

Dublin Grange Theatre, 6571 Fairground Blvd., will present the A.R. Gurney play “Love Letters” at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The play centers on two characters, Melissa Gardner and Andrew Makepeace Ladd III, who read the notes, letters and cards they have sent each other over a 50-year span.

Brandy Johanntges and John Cox play Melissa and Andrew on Friday, and Terri Wilkes and Eric Kibler on Saturday. Tickets are $14 and include dessert/coffee bar. Call 330-518-4064, or go to dublingrangetheatre.com.
