Andrew Armstrong scored 31 points and made 16 rebounds for the Cardinals (10-7), Trell Thomas’ 25 point sincluded five 3-pointers, Also scoring in double figures were Patrick Pelini with 13 and Nick Koken with 10. For the Red Dragons (8-10), Cameron Kane-Johnson led with 25 points. Rounding out Niles’ offense was Tyrese Williams with 14 points Corbin Foye with 12, Rich Limongi with 11 and Brylen Cauddiel with 10.

Champion 89, Pymatuning Valley 46

CHAMPION

Drake Batcho and Michael Turner each scored 17 points in the lopsided victory. Noah Bayus also scored 10 for the Golden Flashes. Morgan Babic led the Lakers with 12 points.

Maplewood 59, Lordstown 35

CORTLAND

Zach Dawson scored 15 points and Jake Hall added 10 points as Maplewood (10-8) pulled away in the second half. Dakota Bingham led Lordstown with 12 points.

Jefferson 88, Campbell 48

CAMPBELL

Campbell fell apart after trailing by only four points in the first quarter. Sam Hitchcock, Sam Chaney and Sage Cantini each scored 17 points for Jefferson (14-3). Ray Rue led Campbell with 16 points.

Warren Harding 109, Ashtabula Lakeside 51

WARREN

Harding cruised past the century mark in part from 20 points from Derek Culver and 19 points from Gabe Simpson. Shakeem Johnson added 17 points while Mark Herron dropped 13. Freshman Dom McGhee added 10 points, all in the fourth quarter.

Bristol 52, Brookfield 40

BRISTOLVILLE

The Panthers pulled away in the second half in part of Alex Jones’ 19 points, 17 of which came in the second half. Tommy Donadio scored 11 in the win. Marc Kraml scored 15 to lead Brookfield.

Lakeview 80, LaBrae 28

CORTLAND

Addie Becker reached 1,000 points for her career in a 27-point, 14-rebound performance for Lakeview (20-2). Annie Pavlansky added 18 points and Jensen Silbaugh added 17 points for the Bulldogs. Lauren Rutherford and Hannah Hill each scored eight points to lead LaBrae (11-10).

Taylor Martin scored 18 points and made four rebounds for the Cardinals (4-14). Maggie Monahan scored 15. For the Spartans (12-8), Krista Johnson led with 21 points. Also scoring in double figures were Jenna Vivo with 12 points and Lauren Gabriele with 11.

Liberty 71, Hubbard 56

Brayleonna Woods scored 26 points while Amy Mikulich contributed 22 points, 14 rebounds and five assists for the Leopards (7-14). For the Eagles, Logan Nitsche scored 21 points and Athena Smith 13.

WARREN

Lauren Tere scored 15 points and Angel Cannon contributed 11 points and 10 rebounds for John Hay. For the Raiders, Kia Allen scored 16 points while Shymara Dykes made 10 points and nine rebounds.

MINERAL RIDGE

Three Tigers scored in double figures as Mariah Johnson led all scorers with 15 points. Cierra Latronica and Makenzy Capouellez each scored 14 and 10 points apiece. Hannah Breedlove scored eight points for the Rams in defeat.

POLAND

Bella Gajdos led Poland with 16 points while Emily Melnek and Maggie Sebest each scored 12 points. Sarah Bury also chipped in 11 points in the victory. Abby White led Champion with 18 points while Haley Dean added 10 points.

UNIONTOWN

Ursuline outscored Green 16-4 in the fourth quarter to take a road win. Dayshanette Harris led all scorers with 23 points. Kristen McCaulslani led Green with nine points.

Mathews 50, Maplewood 23

VIENNA

Paige Sponsler led Mathews with 17 points while Morgan Williams and Bryana McClurg each scored 10 in the win. Jordan Patterson led Maplewood with 11 points.

McDonald 56, Heartland Christian 18

MCDONALD

McDonald held Heartland Christian scoreless in the fourth quarter en route to a comfortable win. Sara Joseph scored 12 to lead all scorers while Brenna Rupe added 11 points. Avery Pennington led the Lions with six points.

Massilon Jackson 60, West Branch 46

MASSILON

Massilon Jackson (16-6) nursed a 19-point halftime lead to earn the win. Taylor Mikesell led Jackson with 17 points and Liz Davide and Destinee Lee each scored 12 points. Natalie Zuchowski was the only West Branch (11-9) player in double figures with 16 points.

Struthers 44, Girard 35

STRUTHERS

Struthers (11-10, 8-4) limited Girard to 14 points in the second half. Alexis Bury had a team-high 15 points and Caitlin Kane added 10 points for the winning side. Camille Stoffick led Girard (12-8, 8-3) with 12 points.

Brookfield 75, Edgewood 35

ASHTABULA

Brookfield (16-4, 8-4) had a 20-point lead at halftime. Bailey Drapola led the Warriors with 12 points while Michaela Gauding and Autumn Kirilia each scored 11 points. Amanda Amsdell made three threes for nine points for Edgewood (3-17).

Valley Christian 74, Warren JFK 38

YOUNGSTOWN

India and Imane Snyder powered the Eagles to a blowout win over JFK as the duo finished with 27 and 15 points, respectively. Arlivian Cheirs added 12 in the win while Laminica led JFK with 19 points.
