Canfield triumphs at Covelli Centre

Canfield High School hockey player Stephen Sansoterra (11) topples over North Canton Hoover’s Blake Meadows on Saturday in the Cardinals’ 6-4 win at the Covelli Centre. Sam Hepola, Vincent Hepola and Seth Opladen each scored two goals for the Cards (12-2-1). Sam Hepola and Anthony Clendenin both made two assists while Zoie Amatore, Sansoterra, Vincent Hepola, Opladen, Robbie Stanko and Alex Rusu each had one. Goaltender Patrick Byrne stopped 19 shots.
