Pavement repairs set Friday for I-680 in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — The Ohio Department of Transportation announced that Interstate 680 northbound between U.S. Route 224 and Shirley Road will have various lane restrictions between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Friday for pavement repairs.
