Man faces assault charges after domestic incident

BOARDMAN — A North Dalton man is charged with felonious assault and misdemeanor domestic violence after he allegedly tried to run over a female victim with his truck.

Charged is Kevin Vaughn, 20.

According to a police report, officers responded to a Mathews Road apartment where the alleged incident occurred Tuesday, then stopped Vaughn at South Avenue and U.S. Route 224.

A similar incident occurred near there on Monday.

Bobbi Olds, 37, of Applecrest Court was arrested on charges of felony domestic violence and assault after she allegedly hit a female victim with her vehicle on Mathews Road near Southern Boulevard.
