UPDATE | Youngstown man charged with robbing Campbell bank

CAMPBELL — Police arrested a Youngstown man who they said robbed a Campbell bank late this afternoon.

According to police reports, Lt. Kevin Sferra and officer Robert Curtis arrested Orlando Popa, 26, Detroit Avenue, Youngstown, on a robbery charge. The officers made the arrest after Popa was leaving the bank at 3:47 p.m. Popa had taken $1,000 cash from Huntington Bank on McCartney Road, police said.
