State officials search home, business of ex-Niles Mayor Infante

NILES — The Ohio Auditor's Office is carrying out a search warrant at the home of former Niles mayor Ralph Infante this afternoon.

The office is receiving assistance from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and FBI.

Agents from the BCI Cyber Crime Unit and the Special Investigation Unit executed a “sealed search warrant” according to officials, at Infante’s home at 560 N. Rhodes Ave. and a business at 1762 North State St., Girard.
